We have 3 use options available for you to choose from…

You can either use the e-mail service provided by Scr-Fix stores to send and receive messages. You will need to create an account and add your store details which are:

Your e-mail address, store name (or name if you wish) and store location (street address)

You can then select the recipient’s email address from a pre-configured list of options in each message, or click on the “Custom” button to add a custom recipient.

You can set up your own email account and send your messages from your favourite e-mail program. If you wish to use this option you will need to add the following details:

e-mail address, nickname, 6 digit encryption key and the store location (street address)

You can then select the recipient’s email address from a pre-configured list of options in each message, or click on the “Custom” button to add a custom recipient.

The third option is for those of you who prefer to send your messages from the internet. If you choose this option and opt for Scr-Fix to send you messages, you will need to add the following details:

e-mail address, nickname, 6 digit encryption key and the store location (street address)

You can then select the recipient’s email address from a pre-configured list of options in each message, or click on the “Custom” button to add a custom recipient.

If you choose the “Custom” option, please include the following information in your message:

The recipient’s name and email address (if they are a member of your local store) The store name (or name if you wish) The store location (street address).

If there is more than 1 person to whom you would like to send the message, please include their names and email addresses. Please note, once a message reaches 2 emails, it will no longer deliver. Therefore messages should be brief.

If you do not know the recipient’s email address you can still send them a message to their local store. If however, they are not members, it will deliver to their telephone as a “private caller”. The person receiving the call will be asked how they would like to receive the message;

Option1:  Message delivered via text on their mobile phone.

Option2:  Message delivered via e-mail.

Option3:  Message delivered via voice on their telephone.
